As we round out 2019 and roll into 2020, some people will reflect upon what they accomplished for the current year and look forward to accomplishing more in the New Year. Others will pay no more attention then it’s a day off from work with or without pay. So whether you’re a planner or a fly by the seat of your pants person, 2020 looks to be a remarkable year.
According to NBC news, 2020 will be a stellar year for technology and innovations. Self-driving cars, a robotic lunar outpost and a synthetic human brain are just a few of the things that are on the horizon.
We might also see a resurrection of several old car models. The Chrysler Fiat, the Ford Bronco, the Chevrolet Blazer, BMW 8 series and the Jeep Grand Waggoner are in the works according to the internet.
Bond 25 and Bad Boys for Life will be in theatres. The Fast & Furious 9, Legally Blonde 3 and Top Gun 2: Maverick are also 2020 movies to be released.
A foldable I-phone from Apple is a possibility for 2020. The iPhone 9 will probably still have a touch-based interface, but you'll spend less time using it. You'll unlock your iPhone with your voice, fingerprint or face and you’ll get Siri to handle most of your everyday actions whether that's finding information, arranging appointments or ordering takeaway.
By 2020, tele-medicine will play a much bigger role in health care. New physician-to-physician and physician-to-patient communications and health care processes will have developed and been accepted. By 2020, medical decisions will be based on access to better data and health information resources. Technology will improve clinical decision-making and quality of care.
The 2020 Summer Olympics will be held in Tokyo, Japan. The 2020 World Expo will open in Dubai.
The 2020 ICC T20 World Cup will be held in Australia in eight cities and on November 3, 2020 the United States presidential election will be held. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020
